Indian Embassy to Hold Consular Camp in Eindhoven on October 30

The Embassy of India in the Netherlands will host a consular camp in Eindhoven on October 30, 2026, giving Indian nationals a convenient way to complete essential passport and consular tasks closer to home.

Organised in collaboration with the Eindhoven Indian Community Consortium (EICC), the one-day camp is designed to make key services more accessible for the Indian diaspora living in and around the city.

Venue and Timings

The camp will be held at Blixems Wijkcentrum, Ouverture 2, 5629 PV, Eindhoven, from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm on Friday, October 30.

Because the camp is scheduled for a single day only, applicants are strongly encouraged to register early and arrive prepared with the correct documents.

Services Available at the Camp

Indian nationals can seek support for several important consular services at the camp, including:

Indian passport services
Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) services
Surrender of Indian passport
Power of Attorney (POA)
Affidavits

For many applicants, this outreach format can save time and reduce the need to travel to the embassy for routine consular needs.

How to Register for the Consular Camp

Registration must be completed through the official appointment portal before attending the camp. Applicants should review every detail carefully before submitting payment, since incorrect bookings may be rejected.

A few important points to keep in mind:

Select the correct service and appointment category before paying.
Pay the full amount to confirm the booking.
The total shown in euros includes the service fee, ICWF contribution, and bank charges.
For a newborn’s first passport, the birth certificate service must be selected on the same booking and payment page.
Applicants aged 15–18 must choose the correct passport type and page option.
Save the appointment confirmation, receipt, and transaction reference for future use.
Bring a complete set of documents to avoid delays or rejection.
Fees are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted once paid.

Why This Camp Matters for the Indian Community

Consular camps like this are especially useful for diaspora families, students, professionals, and long-term residents who may need official document services but find regular embassy visits inconvenient.

By bringing services directly to Eindhoven, the Embassy aims to streamline access and support community members with practical, time-sensitive paperwork.

Applicants should not wait until the last minute, as appointment availability is likely to be limited for a one-day camp.
