Indonesia’s New ‘All Indonesia’ Digital Arrival Card: A Unified Gateway for Travelers

Overview: One Card, Multiple Benefits

Indonesia has launched the “All Indonesia” Arrival Card—one online platform that merges immigration, customs, and health declarations into a single, simplified form. This digital tool replaces legacy systems like SATUSEHAT and the e‑CD (customs declaration), streamlining entry procedures for international arrivals.

Why It Matters for Travel Professionals

For B2B travel operators, airlines, and corporate planners, the All Indonesia system is a game-changer—reducing paperwork, minimizing confusion, and significantly accelerating arrival times. Whether accommodating VIP corporate guests or coordinating multi‑destination itineraries, this digital integration ensures smoother touchpoints at airports.

Implementation Details

  • Where it’s live: Now mandatory at major arrival hubs—Bali (Ngurah Rai), Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta), and Surabaya (Juanda). Additional seaports are already participating, with a nationwide rollout expected by end‑2025.

  • When it started: Initial rollout began July 24, 2025, accompanied by formal launch events. The system was activated around August 18, 2025.

  • How long it takes: Completing the form takes approximately 2½ to 3 minutes—a quick, mobile‑friendly experience.

Traveler Process Overview

  • Access the official portal: allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id

  • Choose “Foreign Visitor” (or “Indonesian Citizen” if applicable).

  • Provide:

    • Personal data: name, date of birth, nationality

    • Passport info: number, issuance/expiry dates

    • Travel details: airline, flight/ship, arrival/departure, intended port of entry

    • Accommodation: hotel or stay address

    • Health status & customs items: including IMEI numbers for devices, and declarations for restricted goods

  • Submit the form within 72 hours before arrival (ideally), for free.

  • Receive a QR code via email.

  • Present the QR code (digital or printed) upon arrival at immigration and customs.

What It Doesn’t Replace

This digital card does not substitute a visa. Visitors must still obtain the appropriate visa type—Visa on Arrival (VoA), Electronic VoA (e‑VOA), a visa exemption, or other relevant categories depending on nationality and purpose.
Travel agencies and corporate planners must keep that process separate from this digital registration.

Advantages for Travel Industry Stakeholders

  • Expedited processing: Travelers pre-submit key data, leading to faster turnaround at checkpoints.

  • Reduced confusion: A single, consolidated form boosts traveller satisfaction.

  • Zero fees: No cost encourages compliance.

  • Stronger border control: Unified data access helps authorities manage arrivals with consistency and clarity.

Strategic Implications and Best Practices

  • Align with global digital norms: Similar systems exist in Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand; Indonesia now joins them.

  • Enhance client communication: Inform travelers early to avoid last-minute delays.

  • Integrate into onboarding flows: Include All Indonesia steps within booking confirmations and pre-departure briefs.

  • Support corporate travel: For frequent business travelers, streamlined arrival means less downtime and faster transitions.

Conclusion: Simplified Entry, Elevated Service

Indonesia’s “All Indonesia” unified arrival card sets a new standard in traveler convenience and operational efficiency. For B2B travel agents, airline professionals, and corporate planners, leveraging this digital platform means faster border clearance, better-informed travelers, and smoother arrivals—all contributing to enhanced satisfaction and competitive advantage.
